Product Description
- Heavy duty brake fluid recommended for use on ABS, vehicle hydraulic system, disc & drum brake systems where the use of brake fluid is recommended.
- High boiling point, providing extra safe operation for high-powered modern vehicles. Meets the specifications of: DOT 3 & DOT 4, SAE J 1703, ISO 4925 & FMVSS 116.
How to use:
1. Follow instruction manual recommended by OEM for adding brake fluid.
2. Clean main cylinder before draining then fill with BRAKE FLUID HD until 1/2 inch from top.
3. Once filled full with brake fluid, bleed trapped air from brake system.
4. Check fluid level once a month.
For best results, check brake fluid condition using refractometer once every 6 months. Refill with BRAKE FLUID HD once every 6 or 12 months.
IMPORTANT! DO NOT use mineral oil, gasoline or kerosene to clean brake systems and components. DO NOT re-use brake fluid drained from bleeding operation.
