The spiral concentrator is a highly cost-effective energy-saving gravity concentrator, and it is adapted to concentrate mineral ores, such as iron, tin, gold, limonite, pyrite, tungsten, niobium-tantalum, coal, monazite, zircon, and other metallic or non-metallic ores. Spiral concentrator BL series were firstly developed by BGRIMM (Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy which is the No.1 R&D institution of mining and metallurgy equipment in China). And BGRIMM is the patent holder of all core techniques of Spiral concentrator BL1500 series. And our manufacturing unit is the only one who was exclusively authorized by BGRIMM to manufacture Spiral concentrator BL1500 series.

The diameter of BL1500 Concentrator was developed to 1500mm instead of initial 600mm. It's used to replace the BL-1200 screw slide slot to mud take off and re-separation in the andalusite clarification. The process capacity was improved more than 100% and the reclaim rate of the extractive ore has been improved by Min. 20%. Now, the BL1500 took the position to the best facility of the andalusite clarification equipment. The max capability of processing slurry is 25m³/h, the process capacity is 8~12 MT per hour. Besides, we have achieved industry application success in re-clarification callback of the seashore erinaceous ore, iron ore, tungsten ore, tin ore, vitriol residue, gangue, as well as mud take off area. It has an excellent performance in the reclaim of the gangue and metallurgy residue. And it's the right one to replace old types of spiral concentrators and other gravity mill run facilities.
