CGNC semiautomatic capsule filling machine has independent empty capsule feeding station, powder feeding station and capsule closing station. The medium process needs to be processed by hand. The machine adopts variable speed control, the operation is very easy and simple, and the powder material feed correctly. The machine body and working table adopt S.S. material; meet the sanitary requirement of pharmacy.

It's suitable for filling powder and granular material in pharmacy and health food industry.

Features:

1. Integrating machine, electricity and air, the machine is easy to make separate operation of such actions as capsule feeding, capsule separation, powder filling and capsule locking etc. 

2. The auto capsule orientation feeder in same design as fully-auto capsule filler, operated by inverter for speed control.

Machine cover, working panel and empty capsule feeder are made of stainless steel, which conforms to sanitary requirements of pharmacy. 

3. The lighttouch switches, feeding propeller and filling rotary table can be in automatic run based on preset and frequency speed control.
4. Reducing the packing cost due to high application and run-on.
5. Without traditional gearbox, it is simple in structure and easy to make maintenance. 
6. Keeping balance of filling amounts on both sides.

7. Vacuum pump and air compressor are available as standard attachment.
