Description of flux :
Agglomerated flux SJ 301 is a bonded neutral flux type Silicon and calcium with ball form granular of brown, about 10 – 60 mesh in size. It can be used on AC or DC power source and also can be used large current. Its unique features include stable arc, easy slag removal and smooth bead appearance.
Application: In combination with wire EL8, EM12K, EA1 and etc. this flux is suitable for the welding of structures, boilers, pipelines and etc.

Guideline for usage
1.--- Dry the flux at 300 – 350 degree centigrade for 2 hours before use.
2. ---Completely remove Rust, Oil and Dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
NOTE:
Agglomerated flux use a binding agent to hold materials together, are baked, and broken up. Agglomerated fluxes are easier to customize for an application, and can provide various alloying elements needed for welding.
