Product Description
KJ-1600VT high temperature vacuum CVD tube furnace is a precisionvacuum tube furnace using quality ceramic MoSi2 heating elements as heatingelements. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types ofnew materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition. It is controlled byhigh precision SCR ( Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller withaccuracy +/-1.C and 30 segments programmable up to1600.C.
Now our vacuum tube furnace is widely used in university labs for CVDstudy.
