Application:
Electric heating capacitor is mainly used in controlled or adjustable A. C. voltage system with nominal voltage not more than 4kV and frequency 200 kHz and under, specifically used to improve the power factor or circuit characteristic of equipments for induction heating, melting, mixing, casting, and similar applications.
Electric heating capacitor is composed of core and trunk cover, between which is filled with high quality infiltration. The core is welded with cooling water pipes, which are used for cooling capacitor. PP film roughening dipped in high performance liquid is used as composite dielectric and high-purity aluminum foil as battery lead plate. The enclosure is rectangle aluminum alloy fuel tank equipped with water-cooled tube.

3. Capacitance allowance: -0.5%-+10%
4. Capacitance tangent of the loss angle: tgδ≤0.00008. (Power frequency rated voltage)
1. Altitude less than 1000m.
2. Ambient temperature: -40°C~+45°C
3. The residual voltage is not more than 10% of rated voltage when power on again.
4. Inlet pressure of cooling water is not exceeding 0.3MPa, input temperature is not exceeding 30°C, and rate-of-flow is no more than 6L per min. Cooling water should be soft water without impurities, PH value should be 6 ~ 9.
5.Overload: It can operate for 12 hours every 24h under the voltage of 1.05UN and specified frequency, continuous operating current should not exceed 1.15IN.
