SZL series shop-assemble traveling grate biomass boiler uses shaped and solid biomass fuel, the two sides of whose furnace adopt membrane water-cooled wall structure. The tubes of water-cooled wall go down to the up side of the furnace which forms the front and rear arches so that the seal structure and intensity of back arch are enhanced and the cubic of the furnace and heating surface are enlarged. There are end combustion chamber and convection tube tank in the back of the furnace with fixing an economizer in the rear. After through the furnace, end combustion chamber, convection tube tank and economizer, the flue gas came into the flue duct in the rear, and then went by dust precipitator, induced draft fan &chimney, and was discharged into the air in the end. There is secondary air laying out in the front wall, which is controlled by valves and could be put into service to enhance the combustion and increase the combustion efficiency when using biomass fuel as boiler fuel. The height of feeding inlet is higher than usual to satisfy the need for biomass fuel.
SZL series shop-assemble traveling grate biomass boiler is divided into two parts — the upper part and the lower part before leaving the factory. The upper part involves boiler proper, steelwork and upper boiler setting, while the lower part involves coal hopper, chain grate, lower boiler setting and internal ventilating duct. Except site-assembled tubes of front & rear arches including its connection tubes and site-built part of the boiler setting with front & rear arches, the rests are packaged for duty with its economizer in the tail part and flue duct before leaving the factory, while the dust precipitator in the tail part and its connection tubes would be delivered according to the contract.
SZL series shop-assemble traveling grate biomass boiler water-cooling arch and membrane water-cooling wall shop-assemble boiler is a new type water tubes shop-assemble boiler which is developed by our company independently based on the features of field assemble boiler arch. 1.The two sides of the furnace and the end combustion chamber adopt membrane water wall structure which is designed by our company independently and which was used in
power station boilers before. It has the features of higher heat transferring efficiency, better heat transfer effect, lower heat loss, better air seal and no distortion in the boiler setting and no dust leak.
2.The tubes of water cool wall go down to the up side of the grate, which forms the front and back arches. This structure was successfully used in the field assemble boiler before. And this structure enables itself has additional heating surface and remains the original heating surface unchanged. So it has wider range of over load adjusting. The frame of the front and back arches are made of water cool tubes wall together with the rolands' cement mason work. In this way, the phenomena such as arch brick cracking or arch collapsing after long time high-temperature roasting the used three broke lines arch bricks, can be avoided, so that the service life of boiler can be extended.
3.The structure of the arches adopts the newest research product, the second prize of advance awarded by Xi'an Jiaotong University downside "a" structure. The front arch is high and short while the back arch is low and long and the part near the exit is inverse inclined type, while the front arch is 45°inclined type, they together form a downside "a" flame structure, which is make the lean coal combustion easier and it can adjust itself to a wide range of coal types. In this way, the flue gas is kept within the furnace a longer time, and the combustion efficiency is higher. The streamline shaped back arch can throw the unburned carbon grains in the middle and back part of furnace to the front, so that the coal can be easier to be ignited and the ignition lines is tide.
4.The distance between the front shaft and the back shaft of grate stoker is longer than other domestic products of the same type; in this way, the combustion time of fuel in furnace is extended and the combustion of coal can be more sufficient and the carbon content in the slag are reduced; meanwhile, the actual heating surface of the grate stoker is increased and the overload capacity of boiler is also enhanced.
5.The length of boiler is increased; the cubic of the furnace is enlarged so that the disadvantages of shop-assemble boilers such as insufficient power output and small cubic of the boiler are tackled.
6.Wind is feed from both sides of the boiler. There set six independent air chambers, each of them has independent air adjustment device which can respectively adjust the air volume so as to achieve the best combustion effect.
7.It adopts mass perforated fire grate flakes with uniform overall. The back side of the fire grate flakes is set with convex ribs which can enhance the intensity of the grate, meanwhile, it prevents the burned out of it.
8.The guide way in the lower part of the boiler grate adopts light rail I-steel, which is abrasion resistance and non-deformation. The grate side seal is equipped with wind-cooling device and angle steel stiffened plate to avoid burning out of the side seal and jamming of the grate, and can greatly improve the reliability of grate operations.
9.It can overcome the shortcoming of over burning and shaft hung and improve the reliable operation of grate, to change back shaft of grate from slide bearing to rolling bearing.
10. SZL series shop-assemble traveling grate biomass boiler adopts push-pull damper dust removal equipment. The damper adopts finish machining cast iron seal structure, which can ensure there is no distortion and good seal.
