Product Description
NICORE single and three -phase strip wound distribution transformer cores are operating in many thousands of transformers in China and overseas.
Advantages
The cores are strip wound in grain oriented silicon steel and offer the following advantages comparing to stack laminated cores:
1. Reduction in core losses;

Range
No standard range of design exists due to the diversity of design requirements. We produce single phase cores ranging from 10KVA to 160KVA, and three-phase cores ranging from 20KVA to 630KVA.
Cores of this typge can be produced in the cut or uncut form, single or three-phase, up to 800Kg.
Cross section
Distribution transformer cores can be supplied with Cruciform section and Rectrangular section.
