Head selection: alternative head embroidery controlled by computer, which is different from traditional manual control, machine can do the alternative embroidery with any head numbers.
Rigid stand structure, double beam stand for the model of more than 12 heads, advanced Vibration-preventive pad and improved auto-lubricating system make the embroidery more reliable, stable and less troublesome at high speed, in the maintime longer life span of the machine.
Machine frame driving in X-axis by traverse system for the model above 8 heads, Y-axis in liner guide rail driving, plus imported AC servo motor for frame driving.
Max speed : 2-10 heads, 1200rpm; 12-15 heads 1100rpm; 16-20 heads, 1000rpm.
New type of individual tension base with treading tubes, can be reduce the friction with the tread during high speed running.
