Moisture indicators are on the both sides of the holder. The indicators will change from blue (dry egg) to pink when the egg is full of moisture. To regenerate the egg, remove from holder and place in the microwave for approx. 10 minutes on medium heat. When egg is cooled, place it in the egg holder and it is ready to use again.
