Product Description

General:

P-FY indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism is mainly used for controlling and protecting of rated voltage 12kV and 24kV circuit. And it is applicable for rated current 630A to 5000A, and breaking current 20kA to 50kA. The operating mechanism meets requirements of GB1984-2003 AC High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker and IEC56, and can be operated frequently. It can be assembly in both middle-placed switchgear and fixed switchgear.


Technical features:

1. Adopt modular operating mechanism and integrated mechanism charging handle;

2. The silicon precised casting parts ensure the product consistency;

3. The gas soft-nitriding low-carbon alloy steel main shaft have a highly resistant to wear;

4. The parts surface is treated by combined zinc plating process, which ensures the part can withstand the neutral salt spray test for no less than 350 hours;

5. We have a complete set of test equipments, which can ensure the vacuum circuit breaker reliable and stable performance;

6. The mechanism endurance can reach to 30000 time for 630A and 1250A, meanwhile 20000 times for 1600A and above. It can be free-maintained within 10000 times, meets M2 degree requirements; 7. We assemble the spring operating mechanism by using clamp, which further make sure its quality.

8. We inspect the mechanism according GB1984-2014, and it can reach M2-E2-C2 VCB degree.
