Cassia Tea displays a tight, strong and curl stripe, embellish of black color with bit brownish red or green and clean aroma. Tea liquor is mellow and fresh in flavor with a bit "charm of rock", dark orange in color and uneven in red edges.

Quantity of Tea: According to the size of the container (pot or covered cup). Generally is to the half place of the container.
Quantity of Water: According to the quantity of tea make it about 20-25 ml per gram tea.
Water temperature: The temperature should be over 98℃ at primary boiling especially the first brewing.
