Aged Tea has good resistance to infuse. High quality tea can infuse many times but the time should not be too long. Generally, the first tea is for washing. After that the first brewing time should be controlled about 25s and 30s for the second. It can be prolonged as the increase of brewing times.
The dried tea is loose and flat in shape with brown color. Tea soup is reddish brown and thick with heavy fragrant of charcoal. It has strong sweet after taste and long-lasting brewing. Tea leaf is fat, thick and even in strip, dark brown in color and with wrinkles under it.
