[Brewing Method]
Jasmine tea is usually brewed in cups twice. That is, put 3 gram tea in 150ml boiling water for 3 minutes before filtering the soup out. Smell the soup, check its colour and taste it; then pour in hot water for the second time and brew for 5 minutes before filtering out the soup. Smell it , check the colour and taste it in turn. This way of brewing fully shows the tea's quality. Storage: Stored in a sealed dry place under normal temperature. Take care to keep it away from other items to avoid tainting or lest the fragrance of jasmine flower gets absorbed away.
