EPE foam sheet extrusion line
1.This line adopts advanced stand-alone butane physical foam technics, so the foam ratio for the final products is high.
2.Flameproof electricity components are introduced in this line with frequency conversion speed adjustor and high-aptitude apparatus auto controlling, all these ensure the machine of stable running, easy operation, stabile quality, so it can continually produce EPE foam sheet with various specifications. It also can produce foam pipes, foam sticks and foam nets by changing the dies.
3.EPE foam sheet (pearl cotton) is a new and popular soft packing material in world today. Because of its soft texture and good damping nature, it is widely used in the packing of household electric appliances, glass and chinaware vessels, precise electron apparatus, instruments, top grade furniture, shoes and caps, etc. it is also used in the fields of boxes pads, dampproof layer of wood floor, and sports soft mats,etc.
4.Technics flow: mixloading--blending --foam-extrusion molding-size calibration and cutting--unfolding-winding-final products
5.Firstly ,mix the PE materials, then put into hopper, through the melting and pugging in the large L/D extruder ,at the same time mixed with the foam air and wax injected from the middle of extruder, next mold through the die and mouth mould, then after cooling, hauling-off, unfolding, winding ,at last get final product: foam sheet(film).
6.Main material: 1).LDPE 2). Butane (vesicant) 3). Wax 4).other auxiliary materials.
