1.2Heating element adopts nichrome that has good mechanical property at high temperature and its surface loading is determined in a reasonable range.
1.3Core heating insulating material- alumina silicate fibre is formed by vacuum suction filter method and its surface is reinforced more than 5 times. So it is light and has high strength; the heat transfer coefficient of the material is lower than 15 percent comparing with similar products by its unique structure
