NICKEL MESH / SCREEN FOR FUEL CELL
The Nickel Mesh or screen for fuel cell is made up of high Quality Nickel Wire. Nickel Mesh/Screen for fuel cell, like solid oxide fuel cells is highly corrosion resistant. It is highly resistant to various reducing chemicals and is unexcelled in resistance to caustic alkalis. In addition, the Nickel Mesh has good thermal, electrical and magnetostrictive properties.
The Nickel Mesh screen for fuel cell works as anode, cathode or as a counter electrode. Nickel Wire Mesh helps in electron conduction to terminal as current collector.
Meanwhile, Nickel Mesh work as electro-catalyst in fuel cell, it is also an excellent catalyst. Nickel Wire Mesh makes the fuel cell work more efficiently.
The Nickel Wire Mesh/Screen is produced by Beijing Heanjia Super-Metals Co.,Ltd. and uses the best material and netting quality. The raw material we use is supplied by Jinchuan nickel industry who is the best and biggest nickel metal supplier in China. The strict quality control process makes Nickel Wire Mesh can withstand in high temperature as high as 800℃. This is very important for the application in fuel cells, such as Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs). Material test report of each batch product will be offered when the manufacture is finished.
