FeCrAl 0Cr21Al6 Annealed Resistance Heating Wire has the characteristics of high resistance, low temperature coefficient of electric resistance, high operating temperature, good corrosion resistance under high temperature, as well as the lower price, it is widely used in industrial electric furnace, household electrical appliance and far infrared ray device.
FeCrAl alloy wire and strip have outstanding thermal stability and mechanical properties by applying the following techniques:
1. Applying the double electro slag refining technique and special control inclusion technique.
2. Adding rare earth element: increase the FeCrAl alloy's whole properties, such as max working temperature and continuous working life.
