Incoloy 800 Mesh Demister
Incoloy 800 Mesh Demister is as effective in many aqueous environments as it is in high-temperature situations. It has the ability to withstand erosion and other decay that is often associated with aqueous settings. Its strength and resistance give Incoloy 800 a level of versatility that is not found in many alloys. It has been used in a variety of industries and has become a mainstay in high-temp, high-exposure applications.
Corrosion Resistance:
Incoloy 800 Mesh Demister is generally free from both chloride stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion caused by sensitization. The alloy can be used in sea water. Incoloy 800 Mist Eliminator has resistance to acids similar to austenitic stainless steels. It has excellent resistance to both oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts, except for halide salts, where pitting may occur.
