Filter Media - Woven wire cloth

Woven wire cloth/mesh is made by weaving the metal wire in a variety of diameters and materials. Filter elements with woven wire cloth/mesh as filter medium enjoy advantages of good strength, fastness, easily cleanable, heat-resistance and economic cost. The media can be made of single layer, double layers, three layers, or multi-layers.

We have equipped machines cut wire mesh into plain discs, together with a variety of shaped screens. The shaped screens are widely used as carrier, filter, etc. They can be manufactured in any shape or size in a wide range of materials to meet individual specifications. They have features like wear-resisting, greatly heat-resisting, greatly acid-resisting and corrosion resisting.

Disc Diameter: From 10mm to 600mm. (1/8" to 23")
Fineness of disc filters: from 2mesh to 400mesh

All depends on the requirement of customers.

Marginal material: various materials same or different with the filter media.

   1. Ring type mesh belt and other special shapes according to the designs.

    2.Sheets in various shapes: square, rectangular, oval, round, rectangle elliptical, and kidney shape.

    3.Cap-style

Typical one is circular filter punched out of wire mesh. The weaving method can be plain woven, twill woven, plain Dutch woven or twill Dutch woven.
