Product Description
80x100mm High strength double twist steel wire mesh used as Rockfall protection netting,consists of galfan coated steel wire or pvc coated hot dipped galvanized steel wire.
The steel wire used in the manufacture of double twist steel wire mesh is heavily galvanized with Galfan, a Zn-5%Al-mischmetal alloy coating low carbon steel wire.
Due to the characteristics of the double twist, the steel wire mesh can withstand the force of falling rocks without unraveling in the event of wire breakage.
1.Tensile strength: the wire used for the manufacture of rockfall protection netting shall have a tensile strength between 380-550 N/mm2 exceeding;
2.Elongation: Elongation shall not be less than 10%,
3.Galfan coating wire: minimum quantities of galfan shown at following
2.7mm-240g/m2;
3.0mm-250g/m2,
3.4mm-265g/m2,
4.4mm-280g/m2;
4.width:1m,2m.3m,4m,length: 25m,50m,100.
Tolerances of 0/+1 m of the length, and ± D of the height shall be permitte.
