Series of our FRP pultrusion profiles include square tube, rectangular tube, round tube, L-angle, I-beam, channel, rod and other custom profiles.
Pultrusion is a continuous process to produce the random length FRP profiles with alike section, first to get the reinforcement material such as continuous fiberglass roving and mat or fabric on creels through the resin bath under the traction of pultrusion machine, then take shape through a pre-molding with a kind of section shape, and cured by heating die and finally cooling and auto-sawing.
FRP pultrusion profiles are more than a kind of structure. It is very designable. Changing the choice of the materials and designs of the lamination process can make special properties for it.
