Product Description
REAPAIRING OF AIR END OF ROTARY SCREW COMPRESSOR is done by our highly expertise having proper knowledge of rebuild using special equipment in our workshop We repair damaged Airend screw by rematalizing rotors, shaft and after do necessary grinding within tolerance and also change new bearings, gaskets, seals etc.
Repair of front and rear housing ,sealing strips and oil pump are also done where required. New Filters, "O" Rings and air/oil separators are also provided.
For REPAIRING OF AIR END OF OIL FREE ROTARY SCREW COMPRESSOR, we replace new Bearings, recoating of tefon Of Teflon coated internal components, reconditioning by metalizing and grinding and balancing of rotors, changes Seals, gaskets, balance pistons and related parts. Where gear set need replacement, that are also done.
