Plasma Multi-Torch Cutting Control System

HYD-VIII offers a CNC cutting control system with professional external wiring work to gantry cutter. It offers CNC controller with multi-torch expanding control PCB, and optional servo drive wiring. The expanding control PCB is made of Modularization circuit, designed according to the Control Target, Control Mode, and CNC controller; to reach the aim of professional cutting control, easy installation, convenient maintenance, high reliability

Key Features

1. Expanding control PCB I/O ports are directly connected with CNC controller via isolation connection. The electrical level of these I/O ports could be Low Level or High Level. Output is connected to CNC controller via Optical Isolation, Input is Relay Isolation. Thus, HYD-VIII could not only be supplied with our own controller MicroHYD-GE200-XP, but also support other controller as EDGE and, FASTCNC, FORAGE, BURNY….etc.

2. HYD-VIII supports both Speed Control Mode and Position Control Mode Motion control system. It could support the function of Double Side Drive and A/B Phase Drive of Speed Control Mode.

3. It could simultaneously control FOUR/SIX cutting torches, plasma torch or flame torch. User just needs to plug one plug-in torch control PCB on the expanding control PCB set-port to increase one torch, we designed external logic control centre, which makes muti-torch control very simple and clear.

4. Torch Height Control could be with or without THC; it supports capacitive THC and Arc voltage THC both. All the Control Targets and inside circuits are isolated.

5. HYD-VIII designed keyboard according to its software display and cutting habit, and cutting operation panel for torch selection, torch up and down control….etc, all such designs from over 20 years practice.

6. The key feature is, our professional wiring design makes the system Operation and Maintenance, Expanding, Retrofit…etc. in future very easy and simple, this is why most manufacturers use our design.
