Water filling machines

The Rinser-Filler-Capper Monobloc is a high effiencient automatic liquid Packing machine, which perfect combined bottle rinsing machine, pressure filling machine and capping together in one unit. Empty bottle are fed into the rinsing machine in order by air conveyor, then be turned over and washed inside by the nozzles. After dripping, bottles are fed to the filling machine automatically to fill water at high speed. The last is safe and credible capping.

2.Bottled are fed with air conveyor and transported by clapping the bottle neck and put out with normal conveyor chain, so easy to change bottle size.

4.The new generation of stainless sprising is used in rinsing clamp, and the clamps have no contact with the area above the bottle crew. There are many small holes in the rinsing nozzle, which can wash the whole area inside the bottle. The machine has two stages of washing, guaranting the cleanness of bottle.

6.Magnetic torqur is used for screwing cap. The power of screw cap can be adjusted step-less. It can use constant power to screw cap.
