Description of Lemon Balm Extract
Lemon balm is grown all over the world,which is grown not only in berb gardens but also in crops for medicine. Today, lemon balm is often combined with other calming, soothing herbs, such as valerian, to enhance the overall relaxing effect.

Lemon balm has been used for problems (insomnia), nervousness, and for stomach problems. Lemon balm extract is claimed to have , properties (it is effective against ), and it is also used as a mild sedative or calming agent.
