DY-SPA Self-propelled Airless Road Marking Machine not only has all the performances of the Hand-Push Airless Road Marking Machine, but also owns the variable speed transmission driven device which improves construction speed and reduces the labor intensity. It is the best choice for large-scale constructions and constructions of mountain road. In addition, the machine is equipped with lighting and safety warning lamp which is convenient for the constructions, especially at night.
1) Engine: Japanese Robin 6.0HP gasoline engine.
2) Paint pump: Adopt imported diaphragm high pressure airless pump, large flow volume and stable pressure. The highest pressure is 20mpa (working pressure is 10-15mpa), the largest flow volume is 8.5L/min.
3) Paint tank: Capacity: 60L. Equipped with filter device in paint tank and a integral type filter in feeding port of tank.
4) Spray gun: Double manual spray guns with hard-edge columnar reverse waster nozzle which makes it easy to discharge the blockage. The 6m lengthening pipe equipped is used for spraying arrow, words and other special marks.
5) Direction control: Back wheel locating device ensures the machine walks along straight line and operates easily when turning.
