The One Touch Vegetable Slicer is great for slicing carrots, zucchini and more! The ultra safe automatic mandolin style slicer keeps fingers safe during salad, vegetable and garnish preparation. To use, simple put the vegetables in the processing chamber, press vegetables down with the safety plunger and switch on for perfectly cut vegetables. The set includes a second, hidden safety switch that activates only when the plunger is in place and three mandolin style blades for 1.5mm slices and 3mm slices and julienne strips.
