TZC low and medium concentration cleaner

TZC-1500 cleaner, pulp enters the cone in spiral tangent direction, and forms steady vortex rapidly. Fine pulp flows out from the top, while the tail pulp enters the bottom discharging device. Unique balance water design twice separate the tail pulp in the twice separating room. The fiber is recycled in the twice separating room, while the dregs is discharged at the bottom of the separating room, so the fiber loss is greatly reduced. The cleaner can be widely used in the cleaning system of all kinds of pulp, used to remove small impurities like sand and dust.

Products features:

Lower power consumption: TZC-1500 unique design makes pulp between 0.4-2.0% enter the cleaner at any concentration, while the inlet pressure can reach 0.2-0.4Mpa, so steady vortex is formed, energy consumption and maintenance fare are greatly reduced.

Last stage fiber recycling device: In the last stage of TZC-1500 cleaning system, the tail pulp directly enters the special fiber recycling device, without any energy consumption.

Flexible in use: The cleaner can be used separately or used in series, even used to recycling the fiber at the end of other heavy impurity cleaner.
