Products features:
High cleaning efficiency: The cleaner has a brand new design of inlet, which the pulp enters the top cone through two entrances. This kind of structure gives very high separation effect, with accelerated flow at the top of cleaner and long retention time.
Low fiber loss: Owing to high separation efficiency and rational design of discharging opening, TMLC700 can run at lower discharging rate compared with other similar big diameter pulp cleaner. Low discharging rate reduces the stages and branches of cleaner, but the efficiency of the whole cleaning system will not be lowered.
Fine running performance: TMLC700 is a kind of big diameter cleaner with the same cleaning efficiency to small diameter cleaner. But it has superior running performance than small diameter cleaner, especially minimum jam will happen. Special designed discharging box allows big discharging opening, which ensures steady running performance. Big discharging opening also reduces the jam caused by big impurity.
Structure: Adopts twin wall structure, both top and bottom cones are easy to replace. The leaking caused by high abrasive impurity can be perceived by leaking holes at the top and bottom cones. When the leaking happens, stuff in the leaking holes to prevent further leaking, and replace the inner cone while down time. The inner cone of the bottom cone is made of ceramic, which is durable.
