Design features:
The vent system of 2BE1 series vacuum pumps adopts unique teflon valve plate structure (water ring vacuum pump is ball valve structure). The valve plate covers the vent hole outside the flat disc, and is fixed by the stainless steel dam-board on the other side. The valve plate can vary its bent degree with the change of inlet pressure, which can make the transmitter eject from the pump when it gets the inlet pressure. This kind of structure can avoid the over pressurization in the vacuum system, and automatically adjusts the vent area to reduce the power consumption, which gets the best operating efficiency.
