Application:
Low consistency cleaner is suitable for cleaning finer suspension with the consistency of 0.5~1.0%. It can efficiently remove light impurities, hot melt impurities, heavy impurities, pulp rejects etc. in addition, it can also remove foam plastics, cork fragments, ink particles and air efficiently, which results in purifying pulp in the approach system
prior to paper machine.
It can make coarse screen to the waste paper pulp efficiently, simplifying the processing procedures and reduce power consumption.
Design features:
It is a
hydrocyclone cleaner. Under the pressure, pulp enters the cleaner tangentially and generates high-speed vortex in the cone type separate tube, by which, the vortex whose direction of axes near the wall of the separate tube will be directed to the ends of the cone, and the heavier impurities are flung against the wall of cleaner and discharged at nozzle or by reject controller. The accepts gather in the center of the separate tube to form a main pulp flowing from accept outlet located in the center of up-part. While the light impurities and air bubbles are forced to move into the center of vortex by radial pressure, which results in discharging the light impurities and air bubbles from plug-in tube in the center of accept outlet.
Compared with ordinary low consistency cleaner, it features with a longer separate cone and incorporates a centered deaeration tube, which results in higher efficiency in removing impurities as well as being able to remove light impurities, hot melt material and air.
When using ZDC series low consistency cleaner, almost no jam will happen in the operation. It ensures high efficiency in cleaning pulp as well as accepts with high and constant quality.
