CWT series equipment of car washing wasting wastewater treatment for reuse is suitable for various civilian or commercial car washing. Adopt Membrane Bio-Reactor technology. This has the function of degreasing and dephosphorization. Membrane module is the core component of membrane bioreactor, as the diaphragm matter, microorganism, granular impurities, suspended solid in the water, etc. After treatment the output water can meet the requirement of reuse.

CWT series equipment of car washing wastewater treatment for reuse consists of two stage pools. The first stage pool is physical treatment process and second is biological treatment process. The stage pool made deep, while the second suspended particles in the core part, The wastewater from regulating pool through the diaphragm which the aperture is 0.2-0.4um after being degraded by aerobic microbial in the reactor , to effectively remove the organic matter ,microorganism, granular impurities suspended solids etc in the water. Since the membrane and membrane and biological reaction pool integrated into an organic whole that greatly reduce the size of equipment and floor area. And realization of the slight emissions of excess sludge, Usually, the sludge emission is every 1-3 years on time.
