PF series impact crusher is our latest generation of impact crusher in absorbing domestic and international advanced technology, combining the specific industrial conditions of domestic stones industry. It adopts the latest manufacturing technology, the special structural design, processing cubic shaped end products. This machine is used for primary, secondary, fine crushing mining and rocks (for example, granite, limestone, concrete, etc) materials with feeding size less than 500mm and compressive strength less than 350MPa. It is widely used in crushing ores, railways, highways, energy, cement, chemical, building materials and other industries. The output size can be adjusted and the crushing rotor size is variable.
Single rotor impact crusher has these features: simple structure, high crushing ratio, low energy consumption, high capacity, light weight, cubic shaped end products and so on. This machine can be used for secondary, fine crushing of mid-hard materials in mining, chemical, cement, building materials, fire-proof material, ceramic, glass, etc, industrial departments. Such as: limestone, clinker, slag, coke, coal, etc. Compared with Hammer crusher, the impact crusher of this series is greater and can make better use of rotor speed of impact energy. But because the hammer crusher plate is easy to damage, it is restricted for the machine to crush hard materials. Impact crusher is commonly used in crushing limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, sulfide ore, gypsum and chemical raw materials and other brittle materials primarily, secondarily and finely.
The feeding size is between 100mm and 500mm. The largest feeding size can not exceed the maximum rating. The discharged-size users can satisfy their need by adjusting the hammer head and back board and the gap of all parts proportionally.
Operating principle: impact crusher is a kind of crushing machinery which takes advantage of impact energy to break materials. When working, the motor drives, spurring rotor to move quickly. When the materials enter the zone of the blow bar, they hit on the blow of high-speed rotor and are impacted. Then they are flung into the impact equipment and are crushed again. These materials will be re-crushed after rebounding into the impact plate. The process repeats itself and goes on until the materials are crushed to the required size and then will be discharged from outlet of machine.
