Light housing: made of heavy guage cold rolled steel sheet of thickness 0.4mm; after painting it`s 0.55mm thick
Painting: electrostatic spray, fully coated with a high gloss white epoxy powder of high reflectance (85%, 90%, 94% can be chose), after phosphate treatment.
Louver: parabolic reflector, I-shape cross blades (alumimium alloy extrusion, or white coated steel sheet)
Lampholder and starter base: polycarbonate (PC) material, anti-burned. VDE certificated
Wire: 99.9% purity copper copper, 0.5 sq.m., covered by fire retardant and high temperature resistance plastic.
