Ceramic filter with filtrate automatic discharge device

Compared with the first generation auto discharge system, the special advantages are as follows:

1.       With horizontal structure, and fixed on the filter frame, to lower the floor space.

2.       To improve the discharge rate by 10%

3.       To shorten the pipeline connection length to avoid the resistance and reduce vacuum loss rate by 50%

4.       Pressing seal head of second generation device can greatly increase the strength, which will avoid the cylinder deformation by vacuum pressure and increase the service life.

5.     As the filtrate pump is no need to be used in this new configuration, the former request height space at least 3.5m is not necessary, that means our filter can be installed on the flat floor, this no need to consider the height at site, can make full use of the site space.

6.    Without filtrate pump, it can largely decrease the fault of filtrate pump around 80% and increase the performance of filter equipment itself.

7.    Use this filtrate auto discharge device without filtrate pump, can save the cost. Because the power of filtrate pump takes about 1/3 of the total install power, after improvement, it no needs to purchase filtrate pump, and at meantime, save electricity and lower the repairing cost.

8.      The last but not the least, the indicators of production is not affected.
