Product Description
JTW type hose is composed with bellows flexible tube, screen and joints. It is used as compensator part, seal part, connection part and shock absorption parts for the air pipe line, liquid pipe line system and length, temperature, position and angle compensation system. It is widely used in the field of aerospace, petrochemical, mining, electronic, mechanical shipbuilding, health care health, textile electronics, energy and construction etc.
China issued national standard of <corrugated metal hose general technical conditions>, (GB/T14525-93) in 1993. Our product is strictly according to this technical standard.
The metal hose is made of austenite stainless steel or customer pointed materials. It has excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance, and can bear high temperature (-235℃ ~ +450℃), high pressure resistance (up to 32MPa). It can be used for connection for any directions in the pipeline. Its purpose is for temperature compensation, shock adsorption, reduce noise, change medium flowing direction, remove displacement between pipes or between pipes and equipment. Double flange metal hose is specially suitable for all kind of pumps and valves flexible joint.
The bellow tube used for metal hose is screw shape bellow tube and ring shape bellow tube.
