Product Description
Unconstrained compensator internal bellows use single layer or double layers or multi layers U type bellows. Bellows and guide sleeve material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steel, the other materials are low carbon steel or low alloyed steel.
Unconstrained compensator fixing brackets pitch confirmation and pushing force calculation etc all is the same with normal axial direction compensator. when use unconstrained compensator, no need of stretching works, besides, its installation requirement is not very strict. It can be installed into pipeline just as one short tube. Because of its hard shell, it is very easy for delivery, installation and heat preservation.
Unconstrained bellow compensator is used for pipeline axial direction compensation and its compensation amount is big. It has strong self-guided and bending resistance, so it can simplify pipeline guide bracket design. Guide bracket pitch can be adjusted freely.
