Product Description

Working Principle

The stator automatic varnishing machine adopts varnishing technology under normal pressure. The full procedure of pre-heating, cooling, dipping, remain dropping, post curing is finished automatically.

At first, the work-pieces are loaded to the baskets manually; the baskets will be moved to the pre-heating area by the chain system, finish pre-heating and drying in set temperature and time.

Second, the basket moves to cooling area, cool down to the varnishing temperature.

Third, the basket arrive varnish area, the varnish tank automatically rise up, so that the basket is dipped into the tank. the varnish tank comes down and back to the original position after set dipping time.

Then the basket is delivered to remain dropping area, after all the superfluous varnish have been dropped off, the basket moves to post curing area. In the machine chamber, there is heat air circulation, so that the pre-heating and curing time is shorted a lot. After finish curing, the basket is delivered to the loading/unloading area, unload the varnished stator, load another lot un-varnished stator, repeat the process.


Structure

1. The loading and unloading area is in the front of the machine. Loading and unloading are finished manually.

2. Drying channel: there are 3 heating area: front, middle, back .And each area has its separate temperature indication and control as well as over-heating alert system. The drying channel has heat isolating blankets made of Aluminum silicate fiber. With heat air circulation system, the temperature in each area is even, and there is heat isolating door in the drying channel gate which is open and close automatically, it's helpful for reducing the heat loss.

3. Dipping area: it is located at the bottom of the machine and composed of cooling area, varnish tank, and superfluous varnish collection plate. There are exhaust outlet at both sides of the dipping area, through which volatile substance with low burning point exhausts. The varnish tank rises up and down automatically, the rising height is adjustable. The varnish level remains the same all the time, the varnish is continuously pumped out from varnish container to the tank. The superfluous varnish plate collects the dripped varnish and the varnish flow back to the varnish container.

4. Convey system: The basket is conveyed to each working area by the whole convey system installed in the drying channel. The convey system is composed with chain and rail installed on the two sides inner wall of the drying channel. The chain move on the rail and the basket hang on the chain.

5. The cycling system of the varnish: it consists of varnish container, pump for input the varnish, varnish tank etc. The varnish is pumped continuously into the varnish tank from the container by pump, the varnish will flow back to the varnish container through the overflow drain after the varnish in the tank reach the required volume. This is a continuous cycling system, it ensures that the varnish tank always keep the same level and the good quality varnish.
