Product Description

This machine is a combination of winding inserting machine and coil expanding machine, suitbale for stato which needs to do winding inserting several time. After winding inserting process, it wil transfer to expanding station to do coil expanding. It wilL circulate the winding inserting and expanding process till it is finished. This machine adopts AC servo to control the wire inserting and wedge inserting. The expanding process is controlled by hydraulic system. The parameter can be displayed and set in the HMI.
