CE certified automatic armature balancing machine with five working station
This type balancing machine is equipped with five working stations. Two stations are for testing, one is before balancing, the other one is after balancing. Two stations are for balancing, one is to do balancing to the commutator side rotor lamination, other one is for the shaft side lamination. The rest one station is for loading and unloading. The balancing method is weight remove. Machine is simple to operat and tooling change is easy. It is of high efficiency and stable performance. Machine is equipped with touch screen, all the data can be displayed and set in it. High efficiency and precision.PLC controlled, all the data can be set on the touch screen.

Maintenance of the system
A. Daily Maintenance
1. Clean the dust and ash on the surfaces of the machine, keep every part clean.
2. Ensure the power and air supply function well before starting the system.
3. Check the vulnerable components (leather conveyors, ceramic sticks, block piece, etc).
Please replace the damaged ones.
B. Monthly Maintenance
1. Check damping of every air cylinder to ensure they can function smoothly.
2. Lubricate every linear guide and bearing.
3. Add rust preventing oil on the components.
4. Add lube into the flow nipple on the cutters to lubricate the bearings.
5. Check the filters of the air compressors, dewater them regularly.
6. Check the status of the dust collector and the filter net to ensure they can function well.
l Season Maintenance
1. Demagnetize cutters and fixture seats.
2. Check if the cutters are filthy or wearing (1 sharpening/ 0.1 million uses). Check if the
screws are tightened.
3. Check the vulnerable components (leather conveyors, ceramic sticks, block piece, etc).
C.Yearly maintenance
1. Check the flexibility of the gears. Replace those that can't function well.
2. Check if the spring pieces are out of shape. Replace those with distortions.
3. Check if the screws on the electrical vortex sensors are tightened and if the direct current
voltage between "O UT+" and "COM-" is between -1 and -2.
4. Check the fan in the electric equipment cabinet. Check the voltage of every electric circuit.
5. Check air out line of the air connector.
