Product Description
This forming machine is used to expand the stator coils so as to insert the second winding inserting and wedge inserting process. This machine is CE certificated. The machine is drived by hydraulic pressing system, guided by 4 pillars, and pushed by oil cylinder. During operation, operator needs to load and unload the stators manually. Other steps will be done by this machine automatically. With the light curtain, machine can protect operators froming injury during machine running.

Forming machine operation step
1. Power on the machine

3. Press " auto" button by two hands
