Customized big power stator coils middle forming machine
This type middle forming machine is a very economical press for big power, long stack length stators. It adopts a horizontal sctructure. The stator is loaded manually directly into the tooling. And it can be moved by lifting device. The series opens the stator bore and as an option pushes back the wedges and preforms the winding head.

Application
It is applied to deep water pump motor and other various type of big dimension stator.
Machine handling
1) Use forklift for load and unload, pay attention to machine barycenter, shovel from the base part of machine bottom.
2) Please use hoisting equipment with enough capacity for machine handling, otherwise it will result in machine fall, further causing accidents like machine breakdown even injuries and deaths.
3) Remove all processed workpieces or unprocessed workpieces before moving the machine, check and make sure all sorts of fasteners is tight.
