Application
The automatic stator coil winding machine is suitable for air conditioner motor, washing machine motor, compression motor, fan motor, generator motor , pump motor and ceiling fan winding machine
This automatic stator coil winding and wedge inserting machine can automatically do coil winding, coil inserting and wedge inserting. The stator winder has four working stations. Two of the working stations are for stator coils winding. The other two are used for coil and wedge inserting. During winding, the coil will be auto wound to the tooling, so as to avoid the wire damage and snap caused by wire cross and disorder during manual wire transfer. This machine can detect the wire coating damage. The inserting station is controlled by servo motor. The parameter can be set in the touch screen. With serval station working simultaneously, this machine is efficiency and saves labor cost.
