Product Description
Semi-auto Armature Winding Machine is suitable for even number slot motor wire winding and semi-auto winding the armature which is used in automobile motor, series-excited motor, permanent-magnet motor. Automatic indexing and winding. Hooking manually. In the video,the commutator cap is loaded and unloaded manually, we also could make it automatically.
Features:
1.Use Japan frequency speed adjustment, low rise and accelerating, numeric code dialing setting operation speed and deceleration speed ahead, braking and location accurate, foot stepping to loose tooling, automatic closing tooling.
2.Adopt PLC, frequency conversion stepless speed adjustment, automatic clamping, indexing is controlled by stepper motor, automatic winding and manual hooking.
