Type C Sintered Wire Mesh
This type of sintered wire mesh is made from perforated metal sintered together with several layers of wire mesh. Due to the support of the perforated metal, this type of sintered wire mesh has higher resistance to pressure and higher mechanical strength. It is mainly used in water treatment, dust removal, pharmaceuticals, the polymer industry, and the food & beverage industry. Filters made with this type of sintered wire mesh can be produced in tubes, discs, or plates. The thickness and the layers of perforated metal can be customized according to customers' requirements.
Standard material of the perforated metal is SUS304 (AISI304), standard material of the wire mesh is SUS316 (AISI316) or SUS316L (AISI316L)
Standard sizes are 500x1000mm, 600x1200mm, and other sizes in between.
