Wooden Japanese Sword Inspection

Our inspection is mainly focused on two respects, will it hurt user? does it damaged or have obvious defects in the appearance? The whole inspection will contains 4 kinds of major categories. Random Sampling, Check the Printed information of the Carton, box and product, Check the appearance, General Test. (More details are in the actual report)

1. Random Sampling, select certain quantity of products to make the inspection and by using scientifical methods to judge the defects of all the products.

2. Check the Printed information of the Carton, box and product, it is the basic of doing other inspections and make sure the printed information are met client requirements.

3. Check the appearance, it is the major content of Art work inspection for the actual of art work is bringing visual pleasure mainly. Thus, carefully check the appearance to make sure that the product will not influence the sell in market, if possible, we hope the appearance can give potential customers with visual pleasure and promote the sell.

4. General Test to make sure the products will not go wrong in a easy way. Inspect art works like wooden Japanese sword in this process is not difficult, we normally do check the length and weight.
