Working Principe of High Pressure Suspension Grinding Mill
Materials are firstly crushed by the jaw crusher, then through an elevator, the materials are uniformly fed into the grinding chamber by an electromagnetic feeder, lastly, the materials are sent to the grinding zone (formed by the grinding roller and ring) by a shovel. The milling unit is equipped with a high-pressure spring, thus greatly increasing the milling pressure between the roller and ring and reducing the swing frequency of the grinding roller. The ground particles are brought up by the air current of the blower into the classifier for classification. The particles with the satisfactory fineness are brought up by the air current through the pipe into a cyclone collector for separation and collection. The finished particles are discharged from a pipe outlet and the air current returns to the blower.
