The corrugators is designed as horizontal structure, Its left and right frame can be open and close freely, it can help to solve the emergency case and Maintenance easily. Due to the unique design of corrugators, the central height is not necessary to adjust when it produce different size pipe. Equipped with high quality aluminum alloy moulds block what has vacuum forming channel and water or air cooling channel and with full closed pressure and continuous water cooling system.
