Product Description
Performance and Characteristics:
1. Completed frame welded, vibration to eliminate inner stress. High in rigidity, so the structure is very sturdy and durable.
2. Hydraulic drive, swing beam, return of knife beam is smooth and prompt by nitrogen cylinder, steady & reliable performance.
3. The position of low blade can be adjusted to ensure the equilibrium of the gap after regrinding. The protable and prompt adjustment of the blades' gap, the value of gap is indicated by dial, positioning reliable.
4. Setting the back gauge by motor. The display devices used to the back gauge' value and the shearing times are on the front of the machine.
5. The stroke of knife beam can be adjusted steplessly, conveniently and fast.
6. Preselection of single or continous. Preselection cutting number and cutting strokes.
7. Roller guide to ensure the quality of cutting sheet-metal.
8. Equipped with lighting-alignment, so as to align when shearing.
9. Protection fence and the eletric interlocker to ensure the operation safety.
